Kathy joined Willard Meats International Ltd. in 1994, bringing with her an extensive background in sales, marketing and distribution logistics having worked for major agricultural companies such as Canada Packers (now Maple Leaf Foods) and Conagra.

She is an expert trader, with a sound knowledge of meat product specifications and their use in processing formulations. She prides herself on administering and managing all aspects of the trade, to ensure Willard Meats International Ltd. customers get the right product, at the right price and delivered to the right place.

In her current role, Kathy is responsible for all sales and trading operations for our office, including the day-to-day management of the trading floor.
